Currently, we do not offer any refunds on ticket purchases. All tickets are non-refundable. You can change your reservation time slot within 5 days of appointment slot for no fee. No changes are allowed within 5 days of your selfie ticket.

Your reservation time slot is set for 1 hour. If you are late, your time slot will only be allowed for the remaining time in your reserved time slot.

Aspiring Minds Snapshot (Aspiring Minds, LLC) reserves the right to refuse entry to our museum if employees or staff believe that participants could create a risk of harm to themselves or other participants.
